Ansys Icepak is an integrated electronic thermal validation management solution designed for design engineers. It enables users to create and simulate electronics cooling patterns, recognize and import package information, manage the temperature, set conductor as well as insulator specifications, filter the mesh and balance trade-offs, designate thermal conduction in multi-layer structures, as well as evaluate the transient-thermal response of electronic components.
